im on a health kick at the moment too :rolleyes:

its all wholemeal bread, activia yoghurt and bananas.

the dog dosnt like it though, he keeps getting blown across the room

I agree totally Gill.Also I find it such a shame that some on FG just cant seem to accept us and have ignored us when some of us have tried to talk to them on other threads only to be totally ignored......still thats upto them ......just a shame thats all.Maybe they see us as crazy......ott........or just dont like us as as in everyday life we can take a disliking to people we dont even know.I dont bother going on to many threads now because of this.I have my mates on here and know what ones out there like us even though they dont post here and guess thats all that matter;)

Mind you one thing I will say.When I have had problems here in the past and was seemed to being picked on as many seemed to think .....I could not believe the pms I had of support.....it knocked me out I tell you....people some I had never even heard of and some I least expected to support me.Yes at times you do indeed find out who yer friends are;)
