the ankle is a lot better thanks, keeping off it last night helped quite a bit.

day off tomorrow, thank heavens but i want to get my curtains down and washed and windows cleaned so i reckon we will be in for a week of rain from then on

oh i'm so sorry Kay, have you tried putting a warm washcloth or something on your face, i've found out it helps with the pressure, it kinda loosens thing up!

well, me windows are clean and me curtains are washed, things have been pulled out and hoovered underneath and polished, the dog has been dragged round the fields at a rate of knots.................

so im having me time tonight and tomorrow.

should have taken the dog down the beach really cos tomorrow is going to be awful by the look of it :-5
