I don't mind fireworks but now they seem to go on for a fortnight round the 5th of November. Then christmas and new year it's like they go on for a month. Currently I am sitting with a terrified seven and a half stone dog trying to climb on my knee. Never used to bother him till some teenagers decided it would be funny to chuck a banger at him. Now we have to dope him up to keep him calm. Couple of days fine but for weeks :-5 :-5 .

We get that around here too from the end of June till mid July. My younger dog is terrified for no reason really. All I can figure is it hurts her ears. Gets downright nerve racking try to calm her. :-5

Dunno whether the legal situation has changed up your way... it 'as 'ere. Made a
remarkable difference.

For people who like to blow things up, it may be a better alternative.
Just looking at the bright side? My dog freaks out too, but she freaks out all the time. Thats what happens when you are only as big as a foot.
I'm not sure she qualifies as a dog, really. :yh_giggle

Any dog under a foot tall is a hamster substitute.
