It's thinly sliced beef, chopped and shredded. You fry it on the stove top, take out a long roll and put some cheese on it and then you put the steak in it. Very popular in this city.

kaz,

so glad your little dog is getting better, i remember when mine needed clipping out cos his "bits" got a bit knotty

he had to be sedated and that was bad enough, i must have lost 3stone worrying about him so god knows what id do if it was serious.

didnt get to work til 3pm cos everyone had gone out and i couldnt get in:-5 they seem to think i've got nowt better to do.

we won our last game of darts last night and by doing that we cant even get the wooden spoon for coming bottom of the league:rolleyes:

never mind, theres always next year cos there will be a next year even though i've resigned yet again as i always do at the end of the season cos im fed up with it
