Just see a poem I wrote brought back I put on a thread agesssssss ago.I had forgotten I put it here and was so surprised........gawd knows where the lady found it as it must have been well buried:wah:Really surprised me.

morning everyone,

another beautiful day here ( sorry gill

)

got all my " white" washing done yesterday, left with three pairs of jeans and a few other bits to do and the ruddy machine has died:-5

what i want to know is why the bloody thing has to wait till i use it before it breaks down :-2:mad:

Thanks, Helen, for that - much appreciated. :-4 When your hubby has always been so blinkin fit all his life, it is a bit worrying when something like that happens. Yes we're all keeping our fingers crossed that it is not anything serious. Andy has run him in to the hospital and Chris will phone when he is ready to be picked up. I hope it doesn't clash with rush hour !! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well Chris got back from having his tests, and they have booked him in for further tests within two weeks. Apparently they could find nothing amiss this time, so they are sending him for more involved investigation, as they are not satisfied.

However on his way out, he was in the lift going down and the next floor down the lift stopped and two people got in. Wow! It was an old sea scout pal of Chris's who he hasn't seen for years, and the pal's mother. They had come from Northampton to Nottingham to visit somebody in hospital ! Now what are the chances of meeting like that in a hospital lift ???? :-6
