Hope, if it helps I do know how to make real Maryland crab cakes. I also have a copy of the cookbook "Southern Cooking" which looks really good. "yeah, let's get Mustang over here to look at the meat and see what we can do with it".

Well let me tell ya BBQ is one of my best. Been outside in the dead of winter when the temp. is about 0 outside just a BBQing away. :wah: Made my own grill. It can hold up to ten whole chickens cut in half. And the smell around is great. :)

Propane or wood chips Mustang? I've seen those grills on the Food Network, awesome". Walking over to help Mustang get the grill out and set it up. "Hope, I have a good feeling we know who will be doing the July 4th festivities, cooking wise".:-4:D:guitarist

Ok, I'll help you out. Walks over to cookbooks to look up various recipes. "Mustang do you look at recipes or can you make them up in your head"?

I kinda make my own recipes as go. Never had anyone walk away yet. :) ;)

okay you do the honors for lunch today, as i've got to be going for a while, Jacob has just woke up and i need to feed him and see how he's feeling.

Hey Duck what about the noon hour for are BBQ. A bit busy till around then if that works for you. :) ;) Maybe the best yet? :D I was once in Philly at a little air port they call Springville or Spring. I forgot. :-5
