I'm not sure it's anything beyond background music composed for the video but the closest I can get is the intro for "Up, up and away".

I don't know what the song is. But I recognise the style as being very like what the Swingle Singers used to do. The Swingle Singers used to sing the works of Bach in a very similar style to the one on that clip.

Joe's comparison to the Swingle Singers is accurate.
The music also reminds me of Basia, a Polish singer who sung with Matt Bianco in the eighties, and recorded several solo albums. I wouldn't be surprised if the tune was taken from one of her songs.
