But to be fair you know, there are tons of people that are responsible gun owners. And one person 'flipping out' should not penalize those that are responsible.


You are 100% right. The rights of innocent people have no bearing or connection with people who violate the rights of others. That is basic common law doctrine, but that is EXACTLY what anti-gunners are trying to do.
