The journey !
At the beginning of my computer adventures I found myself knee deep smack in the middle of violent maniacal tirades and outbursts involving Chinese Nationalists. I couldnt read the things that were said to me because I dont know the Chinese language.
I did one day recognize they were coming to my home town to visit me.
At that point I joined a forum dedicated to the beauty and preservation of hummingbirds.
From there I ended up in a cyber Gumby & Poky tribute band that is now defunct due to irreconcilable differences.
Lots is just a blur but somehow I ended up here. Originally I thought Forum Garden was a spin off of Convicts: Should they date your daughter ?
I was wrong and quite honestly Im still not sure what this place is.

Hello
WELCOME Ring to FG

Hello
Why's he left the others, that's what I want to know.
And is he talking Watford, which is respectable, or Surbiton which is scraping the barrel, or Dagenham or Uxbridge which together make up the damp hairy armpits of the known universe.

Nullius in verba ... ☎||||||||||| ... To Fate I sue, of other means bereft, the only refuge for the wretched left.
When flower power came along I stood for Human Rights, marched around for peace and freedom, had some nooky every night - we took it serious.
Who has a spare two minutes to play in this month's FG Trivia game! ... My other OS is Slackware.

Thank you, people, for your words of welcome.
Spot asks fair question, the answer to which is that while I have membership of several forums, I have found that each has it's own unique ambiance. Like societies in the RL, people come and go - sometimes, causing what were once thriving communties to decline. Such has happened to more than one of my haunts recently, including a particular favourite.
Thus my curiosity likes to explore those new places I come across and just perhaps to find one which I may yet come to regard of as "home".
And to the second part - Spot, your insight may be more accurate than realise.
