That is lovely of you to say Gill.

The way I look at it is if I needed help because I couldn't move or speak it would be nice to know someone was there to help me along my way.

These kids are amazing & so much smarter than most people think, very tricky people;) they are amazing for finding excuses to not do their school work:wah:in my books they get an "A" for that alone.Very clever people:-4

The past 2 days we travelled 1500 ks to go meet a new student who is coming to our class, adorable & very clever. Her body just won't co operate with her:-4:-6

Hello each ! have a good day/night !!! XXX

Here's a link that will make you laugh. Charlotte Green, Radio 4's very professional news reader, had a fit of the giggles when somebody whispered down her earpiece from the producer's room, that the sound recording of a woman singing a song, made in the 1800s sounded like a bee trapped in a jar! Unfortunately the next news item she had to read was concerning an obituary !

www.dailymail.co.uk/charlottegreen

After you read the item, scroll down to where it says 'listen to Charlotte Green's fit of giggles'

It will brighten up your day !!! :wah::wah:

Carol - you nutter !! burning the candle again Mrs. xxx

Hi Kathy - please don't encourage her, just tell her to go to bed !!! xxx

Hi Kay - pity you can't get somebody else to MOW your front lawn for you and save your back from breaking !! xxx

Hi Hope - another one MOWINGlawns ! Carol will be sooooo pleased :yh_rotfl xxx

Hi Helen - you must have needed that early night Mrs ! Pity about the 4 am wake up though ! xxx

Hi mrsK - it's catching up with you, all the travelling ! Everybody is MOWING ! xxx

This very large lady was sitting in a deckchair on the beach.

After about an hour, the deckchair man approaches her and says -

"excuse me madam, could you please leave the beach,

as the tide is waiting to come in !"

I was walking down the street the other day,

and I saw a man on his hands and knees with the side of his head pressed against a manhole cover.

I stopped and asked him what ever was he doing ?

The man beckoned me to him, and told me to get down and listen to the manhole cover.

So I went over, knelt down and pressed my ear to the manhole cover.

After about 5 minutes I said to him "I can't hear anything !"

So a frown came over his face, and he said "I know, it's been like that all day !"

A woman and a baby waited in the doctor's examining room, waiting for him to come in.

The doctor arrived, examined the baby, checked his weight and commented the baby wasn't gaining enough weight. He then asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.

"Breast fed," the woman replied.

"Well, strip down to your waist," the doctor ordered. She did. He pressed, kneaded, and pinched both breasts for a while in a detailed examination. Motioning to her to get dressed he said, "No wonder this baby is hungry. You don't have any milk."

"I know," she said, "I'm his Grandma ... but I'm glad I came."

A farmer bought a brand new stud rooster to copulate with his chickens. He put the rooster straight in the pen so he can get down to business.

The young rooster walks over to the old rooster and says "OK, old fellow, time to retire."

The old rooster says, "You can't handle all these chickens. Look at what it did to me!"

The young rooster replies, "Now, don't give me a hassle about this. Time for the old to step aside and let the young to take over, so take a hike."

The old rooster says, "Aw, c'mon. Just let me have the two old hens over in the corner. I won't bother you."

The young rooster says, "Scram! Beat it! You're washed up! I'm taking over!"

So, the old rooster thinks for a minute and then says to the young rooster, "I'll tell you what, young fellow, I'll have a race with you around the farmhouse. Whoever wins the race gets domain of the chicken coop. And if I'm so feeble, why not give me a little head start?"

The young rooster says, "Sure, why not, you know I'll still beat you."

They line up in back of the farmhouse, get a chicken go cluck "Go!" and the old rooster took off running.

About 15 seconds later the young rooster takes off after him. They round the front of the farmhouse and the young rooster is only about five inches behind the old rooster and gaining fast.

The farmer, sitting on the porch, looks up, sees what's going on, grabs his shotgun and BOOM! He shoots the young rooster.

He shakes his head gloomily and says to his wife...

"Son of a bitch ... third gay rooster I bought this week!"
