Oh believe me he is the most useless person to take care of anything! We had a holiday last year to Ireland leaving him on his own to take care of the house, and when we got back..... well let's just say my parents are never doing that again!!

As for a holiday, not a clue. My parents are going on holiday in a few weeks, which will leave me in charge. Well I say charge but as to what affect I will have on my brothers is probably slim to none hahaha.

:-6Good am, all! Been a few days since I've been in (super busy @ my company and at my horse farm) so I thought I'd pop in and post today's cure for your St. Patrick's day hangover...

Red Eye

1 12 oz beer (bottle or can will do), 4 oz tomato juice or V8, 1 raw egg, splash of Tobasco and/or pepper to taste.

This sounds gross, but if you drink it really fast, it does help. You have probably seen this drink in the movie "Cocktail". A traditional Mimosa, Bellini, Screwdriver, or Bloody Mary will also have a similar effect...

Isn't that a bit of Hair of the Dog thingy? Morning all - Chris, you must have younger brothers and they had a party when your parents were on holiday? Yes, I'm making a cake big enough for Purple Chicken to jump out of and then sing a chorus of birthday ballads with Carolly and Chris for the birthday guest. Do we have enough candles?

Yum, Idgie!

On that note, today's breakfast drink is a frozen Bellini

Pour 4oz of champagne, a handful of ice, splash of lemon juice, and 2oz peach schnapps into a blender. Blend until fully crushed ( Keep the lid cracked a bit and watch, the carbonation in the champagne can overfill the blender cup) add a splash of grenadine and pour into champagne glass. Enjoy!
