American prison guards are providing a sympathetic portrait of the former dictator.

Saddam Hussein likes chips, ping pong and Ronald Reagan and dreams of making a comeback in Iraq, even though he is reduced to washing his own underpants in the prison sink, his guards revealed.

Five returned Pennsylvania National Guardsmen who supervised Saddam in jail said the accused war criminal writes poetry,chats about women and sometimes dances alone in his cell.

He gets Cuban cigars in Red Cross packages from his many daughters in Jordan and shares them with the guards.

Saddam dislikes Presidents Bush Sr and Junior. Both have launched attacks against me, he said. '' George Walker Bush knows that I have no mass weapons.

Like I said yesterday, they are turning his image into one of a nice old man. They are fostering sympathy for him and it will pay off for him. What are they thinking of? Why doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t anybody keep their mouth shut anymore? Are they selling out to book royalties thinking they are not selling out to the enemy?

I find myself wondering WHY anybody reported this! Why would

anyone care what the heck this scum of the earth eats? Or

doesn't eat, for that matter. Only thing more I want to hear a report on

is his death. And I don't need them to elaborate, just the fact that

it happened.

I agree--it's sad that the media finds this "reportable" material. Meanwhile the families of the slain (from 9/11) have to see this garbage. How quickly everyone forgets the magnitude of our loss on 9/11. I certainly hope that these "well trained" guards keep in mind that they are dealing with a twisted sick demented serial killer with such narcisistic/conning ways that I fear he may con his own way out of the place. The only use I have for hearing what his eating preferences are would be so that I would know which bag of chips to poison if I should ever be so lucky to serve this non-human, monster piece of crap dinner!........sigh...........ok I will get myself calmed down now!!!!!!!! Sorry--just started to vent!! LOL
