HEATHER MILLS will get about £25million in her divorce from SIR PAUL McCARTNEY, it was revealed yesterday.

The High Court decision was described as a victory for Macca after lawyers had predicted payouts of up to £200million.

But it will still make one-legged Mucca one of Britain’s richest women – and gives her more than £6million for every year of their marriage.

The deal has been revealed to both sides’ legal teams but will not be made official until Monday.

It brings to an end one of the most bitter celebrity divorce battles in living memory.

Yesterday it was not clear whether the payout included provision for the couple’s daughter Beatrice, four.

A source said: “Both sides see this figure as fair and it would be extremely unlikely Heather would appeal and try to get more.

“This makes her a rich woman and she will want for nothing for as long as she lives.

“It also means he is rid of her for a fraction of his fortune.

“They will both now just want to look forward. It has been a very long two years. It is thought that Beatles legend Sir Paul’s legal team proved his fortune was much lower than the £825million previously guessed.

They were also said to have stressed to Mr Justice Bennett that most of his wealth was made before he wed Mills in 2002 – and that the marriage lasted only four years.

Last night legal experts called it a slight victory for Sir Paul, 65.

Jeffrey Nedas, head of BDO Stoy Hayward National Law Finance, said: “It’s at the lower end of expectations.

He added: “We carried out a survey last week among specialist divorce lawyers about the size of the lump sum payment and got figures everywhere from £12million to £120million.

What gave you the idea?I still have all my plants Kathy in the ground and in tubs etc.....I just got rid of all the grass..........I got the idea because I like the look of shingle alot and having alot of shrubs in the garden as I have said I thought it would show them up more..........which it does.......however the best thing has to be the upkeep of it..........there aint none:wah::wah:;)

Right back to normal..........sorry Kaz isnt about but she will be missing quite abit now as her caravan site is also open.Looks like it will be mainly me an Kay about for our new friends here.Hope our Chez is feeling better and theres gonna be times when I wont be here so you lot will just have to entertain yerselves.......and hope you all behave..........fat bleedin chance of that:mad::rolleyes:;)

HI all xxxxxxxxxxxx Just popping on quick. Wow !! so many posts since i was here last:wah: Anyway, we have been to the caravan and it survived the winter quite well. Its more or less sorted now, but we will be going back up Tuesday just to take a few more items up, and as you know i work tomorrow but may be on tomorrow night for a short while. Sheila seemed quite excited about having new places to walk and sniff:wah: She even seemed a bit more settled in the car when we came back, she dont like the car much:( but she will get used ti it, she will have to;)
