yeah, when I was little I wanted to be a vet too. Then an uncle of mine sat me down one day and told me that as sensitive a person as I am and some of the things you might have to do to the animals, sometimes you have to hurt them to help them, that I probably couldn't stand it.

I have received an e-mail from Joan. Apparently her Tony had another bad stroke last Monday and is now confined to bed. Joan insists he stays at home, bless her, and she and her daughter and grandson will carry on looking after him, with help from district nurses. I have replied to her. I am sure all her friends on here will wish her well and send prayers, wishes and thoughts to her and her lovely family at this time.

Well i had not too bad a day today at work, wetaher was miserable and grey but not really a lot of rain at all:D We are going to the caravan tomorrow just to take some stuff up really, then back up on Tuesday to get it all sorted ready for the season. So i may not be on much till about wednesday, but once the season gets under way it will be like that most weeks cos we gonna go Monday and stay till about wednesday, cant wait!!!!!:D

afternoon all,

turned out to be a nice day after all.

just been out with the dog and did me country yokel bit and spent a while leaning over a gate, watching the horses in the fields.

it was lovely and peaceful, warm too, trouble is, the dog hates standing still for very long. :-5

Well, our St. Patrick's Day parade is over in town, and I'm glad that we all survived. There are still thousands of visitors still here now, and hopefully they will go home tonight. You couldn't get into Klees with the bees if you paid...:wah: So, no pub grub tonight.

Since my new laptop is finally working again....I'm going to look into installing Skype on the laptop since it won't download on my desktop computer. Should I download skype or msn? I plan to be home all summer and hope to chat then.
