It has been so dreary every weekend and most of all winter. Can't remember the last time I saw the sun. Here in Philly, that's all we get except the one snow storm back in February. Of course, you always get a snowstorm in Philly in February:wah:

Well the weather forecast here for the next few days is really odd. Today was cold but dry, tommorow is warm but wet. Sunday is supposed to be really cold with a good chance of sleet and snow, and then Monday we are supposed to be hit with some of the worst gale force winds in quite a while.

Certainly eventful that's for sure, hard to plan anything when you have a varied forecast like that!

Well I love snow but even I wouldn't wish that much on anyone, I mean by the sounds of it you are in for one nasty weekend. I really hope that as little chaos is caused as a result and that nothing tragic happens. Make sure you stay safe!

I got tulips coming up in my pots out-side, can't wait to see them blooming. That is if the squirrels don't mess them up too bad.

We spent the day checking out a college in East Liverpool, Ohio. There was about 4 inches of snow when we left there. We're about 44 miles south and barely had a dusting here.

I'd gladly trade our light rain and sunshine for some snow for say about a week. Anyone interested? :sneaky:

Is traffic moving on the roads yet? How's the salt supply in your part of the state? Jefferson County has been out of salt for weeks and is having a heck of a time getting more.

They just said on the news that we've had snow, 25 out of the last 33 days. 60% of our snow for the season has been in those last 33 days. We haven't gotten any significant snow, but enough to make it slick and salt needed. If we were to get a huge amount, it could get really ugly.

Wow Highlander, Just realized that you're from Ohio. I've been thinking about the big, outrageous snows you've had there lately on the weather channel.

Hope that you're all ok:-6

Hahaha well I think most people wouldn't mind the thread as long as they aren't the ones being pelted by the snow, rain or wind. :p

As for the weather here today it has been nice. A little overclouded again, but the air had this silent kind of creepy feel to it today, everywhere was very quiet, not sure why though. :-3

I know what you mean by that eerie silence. All we can hear are the birds which I would rather listen to anyway instead of traffic, etc.
