Right now girls...I'm a bit nervous. I'm going to call Dell and finally order my laptop...It's taken me a month to finally order it. But it's almost 5 pm here so don't know if they're open. Wish me luck...I hate ordering these things...isn't this a guy thing:-5

i saved a bit of money to go to florida 18mths ago and suddenly thought i'll need something to do when i come home so i used some of the money and just walked into the shop and said i want that one !!

hadnt a clue what i was buying but its been ok up til now.

When you ring them, its like being blinded with specs etc but if you have it right infront of you, you can say, no I want this and I want that etc...

Thanks Chez, just saw your note after I called Dell, but luckily I did build it before hand. I wanted to order the 1501, but they're no longer selling them so I bought a 1525 and it sounds lovely. Should be here before the end of February. I have a Dell service coming to my home to set this baby up for me.

Yeehaa...can't wait to hook it up...thanks for all your help.

You can do it Kay...If I can figure out photobucket so can you:wah: I do it exactly as Chezzie does it. It takes a bit to get the hang of it. But, I love photobucket..It's a great program.

Kay, when you've clicked on 'Post Reply', there is a blank area on which you can type your message.

Above the blank area you will see various specific icons.

There is a large capital A with a black line under it - left click on tiny arrow beside this to the right, and it will show you a selection of colours. left click on the colour you want . On the blank area will appear a framework - do not alter the framework that appears in your blank area, just type what you want to type like this

If you need to use big letters then you will see to the left of that capital A 'sizes' , left click on the little arrow to the right of 'sizes' and there will be a drop-down selelction for you to choose from - the size that you normally use for typing is '2'.you left click on your chosen size -I have chosen 6

You can of course combine these two by clicking on the colour you want, then straight away clicking on the size you want.

Click on 'Preview Post' to make sure it has come out as you want it to, if it is OK then you can click on 'Submit Reply'

Ere Carol, Chris has just let Rex into the back garden so the dog is comfortable for the night, so I advised him to take the hand axe with him, cos it's sooooo frosty out there, and it would be awful if the dog got iced up as he pee'd !:wah::wah::wah:
