my intention was............... to catch up with eastenders this afternoon..............

i've been asleep for two hours:o

going to take the dog out again in a mo to get some fresh air. we could both do with it !!

shame you didnt make yer fortune today, things are pickin up a bit here but only cos its half term and the weather is good.

only five weeks to easter then off we go again for another season, cant believe where the ruddy time has gone.

yep! I can tell you that rigth now my computer isnt working.. it goes as slow as snail... and there si nothing I can do about it..

we've only got minus 4c here tonight, i bet its colder where you are:-2

i took the dog out before it got dark and it was getting cold then, the dog has only got little legs............... and he didnt stand still for long either :rolleyes::wah:

It's -1C here at the beach and getting colder. I can't believe it's colder at Cornwall. Oh well, the weather is wacky here.....a few days ago it was a balmy 8c and tomorrow it will be 15c. I love the warm weather.

kathy ellen,

this is the " eden project " about 18 miles from me. it has been said that its one of the wonders of the world and the 2nd most visited place in britain.

it was built in a disused quarry and they are like giant green houses with plants from all over the world.

perhaps you could look it up on the net, it will explain it a lot better than i can:rolleyes:

I just had a chance to look at the Eden project. Wow, that is fabulous...would love to see it. Saw a pic of Queen Elizabeth walking up to the front area of place. Lovely:-6

i havnt actually been there, just to the car park to look down on it while it was being built. im afraid its a bit expensive to go in

but a lot of places here now are giving out " locals " cards.........

these mean you live in the area so you get a reduced rate, which is a good idea cos we are the ones that keep these places going in the winter when the holiday makers have gone and we are on reduced wages too.
