A sherrifs deputy is facing federal charges for dumping a paralized man from his wheelchair to the floor when he would not stand up to be searched. Other officers, who did nothing to help the man, will also probably face charges.

Shocking discrimination, this is. Police thuggery is allowed everywhere in the country unless the deputy's fat, black and female in which case she gets hammered with a court case?
