You will also find that it is a legal requirement for landlords to ensure that their heating systems are safe, and should be checked by the authorities. The gas safety people. This was brought in after there had been several deaths in student 'lets'.

the boiler is out in the shed, all i have in here is a radiator, even with the dogs big bowl of water in here, it gets very dry.
