Have fun Chezzie, I have my nephews for the day, we're off to the park to meet a friend, it will be 2 mums, 6 kids. Then I have one of the nephews birthday parties to look forward to tomorrow, 2 mums 10 kids in a park near the beach (two of these kids are horrendous, we tried talking the nephew out of inviting them but he wouldn't listen) :rolleyes::wah:
Morning all:D Hope your day is going well. its quite nice here but was a bit frosty this morning. I took some nice pork steaks out the freezer for tea today, we had our tea out last night and i had Chicken and Bacon salad it was lovely:D
Not doing much here today, have already tidied and hooverd through, got washing in cos looks like a nice drying day.

Hi Kaz, doing much the same as you, although as regards the washing - there is no breeze here, but lovely sunshine after a frosty, foggy start, so doubt the washing will dry totally outside so I shall have to bung it in the drier later on. Hope you're OK Mrs. :-6
still bootiful here, took the dog out again, just too nice to stay in. they've put the riding school ponies back in the fields and they wanted a closer look at him and he wasnt having any of it and sat behind me, shaking.
god help me if i ever get attacked by a hairy little pony........... i'd have to fend for myself !! :rolleyes:
next door is cutting their grass, just love that smell, means better weather is around the corner at long last.
We have some friends who used to be 'travellers', they bought a farmhouse set in a few acres (about 10 I think) in Wales and settled down, because they wanted to really expand as a childrens' educational/entertainment business. One of them, Helen is a clown/magician (she's in the Magic Circle), Amanda does all sorts of things including the office work to run the business. They are very busy converting, piece by piece, all the outbuildings of the farm into special teaching areas for different things, pottery, novelty cycle conversions, crafts, and so on. They are also, along with supervised visiting 'special needs' children, creating an adventure woodland walk in the acreage of the farm. They have built a beautiful log cabin type of tree house as well, and are now investigating other adventure type activity possibilities. Their Group is called 'Magical Youth' and they also have the ability to travel all over the country running their own 'Festivals'. Their 'funfair' rides are independent of any mains power.
Amanda has a son, Will, who is just 16 years old, and he and some other youngsters are perfecting their spectacular and daring 'act' which includes 'fire stick' acrobatics. This is a totally separate venture from 'Magical Youth'.
The link I have included here is called 'Trickswap'. Will (William) has dark trousers, bare chest and he has long hair, no hat, Oli is a little older and he is bare chested and wearing red trousers, the lad wearing the hat, I think is Chris, and the girl is Jenny.
I wish them all every success, in all they do. Helen and Amanda have achieved so much so far for so many under-priviledged children, and also 'problem' children who have been sent to their farm by councils. They can be rightly proud of some remarkable 'turn arounds' by some of these children as a direct result of attending the farm with all it's facilities, and opening up a totally different view of life to them. There are a lot more things in life other than drugs and alcohol !

Lots being going on here today I see.Good to see JJ thinking of us lol.Well I bought a new china cabinet today......really a nice one.......all cut glass front ......about 6ft or maybe more tall.......all glass shelves.......just one problem..........dunno where the f... I am going to put it:-5At the mo Im trying to sort that out......it means Im going to have to get rid of somefing and I aint got nofing I want to get rid of:-5.I have so much china here;)....cause remember I used to be into Antiques an Collectables...........thats how I met Gill:wah:JOKE!!!.Anyway I will take a picture of it when I get it....tomorrow......and when Ive filled it so you can see it.Me an Chris went to our favourite Indian today.About 60 dishes on show where you just take what you want an go back as much as you want.Also lovely afters also as much as you want.All for 6.95......not bad ahh but I gotta say the food is to die for;)Love sent to Helen,Gill,Kaz, Chez,Kay,MrsK,PC...........blimey did I just send my love to that lot I must be ill and love sent to anybody who visits us.xxxxx
