It's going to be tough, but I think I'll give up banning everything, for Lent. That gives me exactly a week to engage in a banning frenzy.

You're so out, you with the tumbleweeds. And you without the hair - vamoose, capeesh! The one with the unclad wiggling thrusty durrrty kind of av is far out! Neffy and her nice doggies are gone. Imladris is kaputt. Anyone who is now or ever has been a member of a band and/or plays the trombone is wasted. Chezzie - goodbye. All moderators get seven years transportation to the scone and cream mines of darkest Cornwall. All Americans are banished to Wales, except Kathy Ellen who is banished to Ireland. All English posters are banished to South Carolina except Theia who is banned to Sydney and the FOC group who get banned to the Aussie Gold Coast where there shall be karaoke and gnashing of martini glasses. Any handsome Irish singing docs get banned to Sydney even if I've always hated them. All Canadians are banished to Florida. All Aussies except me are banished to New Zealand. Nomad is banished to Outer Mongolia. All the religious arguers are banned to a small desert island - the folk who stay together will eventually learn to play/pray together... :sneaky: All political chatters get sent to the Outer Hebrides. Homophobes and homophiles get obsessively relegated to Brokeback Mountain. Anyone who has ever expressed any view that has made me aghast, appalled and/or flabberghasted is to be taken from this place at dawn and drawn, framed and hung in some coded obelisk in Da Vinci country. May the Force have mercy on their souls.

[Persons of one party who are also covered in another party in the above avowed categorisational cacophony shall forthwith and for the purposes of this decree in perpetuity be deemed to belong to the party making the most noise]

You dont ban people to spa vacations and mountain resorts, you ban them to purgatory or crummy dingy little cells with iron bars and no hope of ever seeing blue skies again.

Why??? I really prefer banning them to places I think they'd enjoy. I forgot to ban Red Glitter to a nice little village somewhere in Tuscany, where the coffee is real, the bread is to die for, the people are friendly and hey it's il dolce far niente time. ... the sweet life.

But it's time I rebanned myself now to the offline world where I need to get things ready for the new school year which, here, starts next Tuesday. Happy days.
