afternoon all,

its such a beautiful day here, wall to wall sunshine and not a breath of wind.

been out with the dog and caught up with a bit more washing. now going to put me feet up for a while cos i have to work tonight.

Phew! Panic stations here this morning:wah: heres the story.

My mam phoned me yesterday to say her cousin wnated to book a holiday for them for 9th April she asid they were getting a good bargain, although its Benidorm whcih she normally not too keen on, but 5 star hotel etc. and a good price. She had 2 main worries. 1 wether she could get enough money in time. Thats ok says i, Its your 70th birthday in February I will just ring everyone and tell them to give you money instead of pesents....... sorted. 2. she was worried about leaving me dad as he hasnt been well, you have 3 kids and plenty grandkids says i, we will all take care of him and one of the grandkids has now offered to sleep there as well........ sorted.

This morning, she phoned me to say my sis in law was worried she was gonna miss her grendsons christening cos of going away 9th April, mam says i never said 9th April, i said 9th February!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek: so now i have had to ering everyone back and tell them to husrry up and get some money to me mother:wah::wah: Of course it was me that wasnt listening right, certainly wasnt her that said the wrong date:rolleyes:

Hi Rosie ! I'm a bit tired - not sleeping very well with this blinkin back at the moment, but it is getting better gradually, thanks for asking. Oh I now hold the bannister rail while I navigate the stairs !! :-5 :rolleyes:

THE LOVELY ONE IS BACKKKKKKK:guitarist............thats me by the way:rolleyes:Gawd what a day...........went all round Docklands......All round where I used to live........Tower.......West End........Camden.......got in a row with Chris as we got lost and I insisted he went down a certain Road at Camden..........and ended up in Morrison Car Park:wah:.....we got well lost......went round the Houses of Parliment......Piccadilly......The Embankment......House of Lords.......Liz wernt in so I couldn'y have our usual chat:rolleyes:...mind you I see that one of the corgis was peeing in her garden:rolleyes:.....have to have a word to her about that....not nice for the image......anyway we took loadssssssss of pictures which I will be boring you with;)
