Oh Carolly they do realise hun, Queen cant get online till 10-30am, Phil is surfing the net lookin at pron and their laptop is knackered cos one of the corgi's pi$$ed all over the keyboard, wasnt the dog's fault, it was madge's, shes hooked on bingo on line and didnt let the poor thing out for a wee wee cos she was waiting on 2 numbers for the jackpot...Anyway she aint in a good mood cos Camilla nudged her on messenger to say she had won the lot!:wah:

I'll be happy when...

We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, then another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that, we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage. We tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together, when we get a nicer car, when we are able to go on a nice vacation or when we retire.

The truth is there's no better time to be happy than right now. If not now, when? Your life will always be filled with challenges.

It's best to admit this to yourself and decide to be happy anyway. Happiness is the way.

So, treasure every moment that you have and treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with... and remember that time waits for no one.

Until your car or home is paid off.

Fanks Gill for yer text this morningxxx Im trying to get ready but not feeling to good .I will make the effort though.Ere I tell you mate theres some real nice people on here...that thread Kaz put up bless has not only showed me who my friends are here but it has also shown me who isn't lol mind you as you know I fink I already knew anyway lol.Oh well you cant win em all and thats upto them.What gets me though is when people have come on here.....we all have been nice to them.....and then they go on to totally ignore us no matter what circumstances.Maybe its me I dunno but I could never be like that.I guess its all to do with vibes and the fact you cant like everybody just as it is in your everyday life.I know I come over as ott at times but thats me and if some cant take it Im sorry but I happen to also think that Im a good person and at the end of the day thats what matters.I may have a loud mouth....I may say stuff that some dont approve of but I tell you what........at least I aint one of the fur coat no knicker lot.....if you get my jest lol.Mind you as I have already said theres so many really nice people here that thats all that really matters.:)Thankyou FG for yer birthday email by the way but you forgot to enclose the cheque;):rolleyes::wah::wah:

gill,

not been that clever these last few weeks,had that sickness bug and a tempreture of 103 xmas eve so didnt enjoy the holiday much.

spent new year on my own and got a bit depressed. apart from that, i would have needed a boat to get to town, we've had that much rain here.

lots of alterations going on here, its going t be all take away now, no cafe, so we'll see what happens this time.

wallace is still doing fine, as wet and smelly as ever lol

Guys me and Carol have had this conversation a few times, and i always say to her,, why do you care? If ppl dont really wanna talk to me then i honestly dont care, also i dont take it personal either, everyone cant like everyone else, it just wont happen. But then again sometimes i think its actually a failing of mine that i dont feel things like that as much as some people:-3 Anyway i think it comes down to the fact that we are all different of course, and react to things in different ways, everyone cant be as laid back as me i suppose:wah:

Lovely day here today.

I am going to take our grandaughter out for lunch today.

Nearly time for her to go back to school.

A tour bus driver drives with a bus full of seniors down a highway, when a little old lady taps him on his shoulder.

She offers him a handful of almonds, which he gratefully munches up.

After approx.15 minutes, she taps him on his shoulder again and she hands him another handful of almonds.

She repeats this gesture about eight times.

At the ninth time he asks the little old lady why they don't eat the almonds themselves, whereupon she replies that it is not possible because of their old teeth, they are not able to chew them.

"Why do you buy them then?" he asks puzzled.

Whereupon the old lady Answers, "We just love the chocolate around them."

well, me darts night went down like a lead balloon. only five teams turrned up and my lot still managed to get knocked out in the first round, if you lose, you have to score for the next game............................. i sneaked out when no one was looking :sneaky:
