My husband makes a very very good Yorkie!!! In fact when you've got a good pud, and gravy of course, the meat is relatively unimportant. Brussels sprouts????

I found some very decent English stilton cheese in my local deli the other day. Often it doesn't travel well, but this was perfect...

Memo to self: cross the Big Pond again soon!!
