Bloody hell!
what exactly is a tazer, and how much does it hurt?

Lady Cop, of course, would be the expert on this but it is my understanding
that the "witch" in question was being just a BIT dramatic! I read reports of
LEO's getting tazed during training, and it hurts, but the woman in this
video was over the top!
One good way to avoid it: When the nice officer tells you to get out of
your vehicle, DO IT!!
Sorry to all, I think I posted this in the wrong place! Should have gone
in "Crimes and Trials" maybe!!

Is it just law enforcments that use them or can citizens buy them?

abbey wrote: Is it just law enforcments that use them or can citizens buy them?43 states allow the public to buy them. a police-grade taser is about $400. frankly i don't think it's a good idea for the public to carry them. if it doesn't take someone down, you have a very pissed-off person on your hands and no backup.
