Hello ... I'm Nicky ... which is short for Nicholas ... Daniells and I'll be 36 next month. I've been looking around for a few days and have finally decided to introduce myself to you. I found this site by chance while browsing and there seemed to be such nice friendly folk here that I decided to register.

I've been feeling quite lonely lately as my girlfriend of two years dumped me a few weeks ago ... maybe I should have saved this tale of woe for another place but I think that if I speak about it I may get over her sooner ... I hope!

Her name is Emma-Dominique and I actually came home unexpectedly and walked in on her and one of our "friends" in a "compromising position" so to speak. She told me that she was going to split up with me anyway.

Perhaps I should write more about this in some other place on Forum Garden. Maybe someone could suggest where ... then again I doubt anyone would be too interested anyway ...

So sorry to be so boring in my first post here but Emma-Dominique is the only thing on my mind at the moment. Hope to be less melancholy later.

Their is a support and councilling forum and also Home management and kids n family, Im sure either of those would be good to post in and you will have lots of willing listeners and lenders of support and advice.

Ive not been here long Nicky and already feel like iv'e known these wonderful peeps a lot longer, truly lots of varied folk with different opinions but all with a warm heart and nice words.

Your gonna find this place way too addictive and your house is gonna get messy and your diet is gonna suffer cos of the time you spend here, but guess what....You get to spend it with us.........Yayyyyy...

Its tough now with the relationship - but really she wasn't a keeper - its better to know this now than later - in time you'll see she did you a favor.

I had a boyfriend of 2 yrs or so - obviously he wasn't expecting me.!!

He did me a favor - and Oh My God, I think back and I'm so happy we're not together.

It'll get better in time - I guarantee it.

Thanks for the tip Spot ... I can vouch for the fact that Emma-Dominique had none of those ... dare I call them ... "defects"? ... Never held her hand against the ground though ... at least not while I was interested in her little finger and ring finger!
