On Thanksgiving I took the time to organize my cupboard that has all of my containers in it....and there was a celebration afterwards, my sister in law, who had to live with me for a few months last year....had to sit down when I told her that I organized it and got rid of all the lids and bowl mis-fits...2 garbage bags full!!!:o:o

I just ordered new canisters from a lady at work this week! Redid the kitchen this summer and need something to store stuff in on the countertops.

They are way too expensive though!
Who are they to protest me? Who are they? Unless they've been me and been there and know what the hell they're yelling about!

LOL w/ Koan and @ Guppy :wah:

I have this old Tupperware bowl with a lid that somehow was left by an old ex that I love for it's kitsch appeal. I do know of people who collect that old stuff on Ebay and such... sometimes spending hundreds of dollars on a single item to accompany their collection.

Mom still has some of the old stuff....I am wearing out the stuff from a year or so ago already....can't imagine anything I have lasting for over 20-30 years

If you haven't seen a recent catalog, they now have spongbob and shrek kidsware and travel tumblers for adults.

I may have ordered one of each of those too:D

Mine predates that... seventies I believe? It has a somewhat transparent, flat top with a tab, and the bowl is rather transparent and yellow I think. That ridged thing with the orangy and yellow colour looks like eighties. Guppy? :-3
