the defense rested today in the michael jackson case. surprise, surprise, they didn't put him on the stand. DA gets a brief rebuttal. it seems closing arguments will be on may 31. then the jury gets it. anyone here want to make a prediction as to verdict? i will send you HUGE wads of cash if you are correct! :D :yh_liar thank Christ it is almost over.

Well, what do YOU reckon, ladycop? I reckon he is PROBABLY guilty (if unintentionally) but that the the jury decision could go either way! Please send the wads in unmarked British £100 notes; thanks!

Where there is smoke - there is usually fire. Bring me up on false charges once - maybe - bring me up twice on the same charge - I see a pattern. Plus the man is just too strange. Did I call him a man? I'm not sure what he is other than an extremely rich narcissist who thinks he can get away with anything. I am very worried for his children - have been since they were born. I was thinking OJ too.

What I meant by unintentionally was that due to his weird beliefs, he may genuinely have found nothing wrong in sleeping as the same bed as little kids , but the rest of us would probably find this aspect of it repulsive. However, if he TOUCHED or MOLESTED them then of course I`mnot saying that THIS is `unintentional` - I just meant doing weird things

If I say I really have no idea how this case is going to turn out, do I still get a bit of cash? :D

it's over. there is no more testimony to come. oh thankyou Jesus! the last testimony was the child accuser on tape in his initial police interview, from all reports the jurors' collective jaws dropped. i can't believe the defense let it rest there. so over the long weekend this is what is in the jurors minds. a compelling statement from a child. legal suicide. wonder if jocko will be cooking hamburgers sunday in his peter pan outfit? :D ...oh, cash is in the mail everyone.

closing arguments begin tomorrow (thurs.) morning. Maureen Orth of vanity fair magazine alleges that jocko thinks this trial is all a conspiracy to gain control of his beatles catalog. a VAST conspiracy........yep....and billybob clinton didn't have sex with "that woman". hahahahaha
