Working out at home.

I rarely succeed at maintaining such an endeavour.

I did do an hour of yoga every morning for awhile. I ended up, lately, having to build my exercise into my lifestyle, like walking or cycling everywhere I go. Otherwise, I try to do some yoga but don't remember to do it all the time.

Hi,

Well I do 20 press ups with the index finger of my left hand then 20 with the index finger of my right hand; But to be honest it's having little effect and I think I look foolish keep pushing my eyebrows up and down with my index finger and I end up exhausted and have to lie on the bed for a few hours afterwards,

Good for you Angel. I'm finally back to walking and riding my bike. I walk the lenght of the boardwalk and back again...that's 5 miles. Then I ride my bike for 5 miles. I do this on the weekends and during the week I walk about 2 miles along the sea.

Lots of nice DVD's for working out at home-I have Tai Chi, tahitian cardio, the hula one, belly dancing ones, lots of them. You can find an exercise video that would suit what you want, just look a little.
