in alot of pain

I was in town today and had a nasty fall,i had to be helped up as i was so winded,i will see if i can get to see my doctor as i might of cracked a rib,i am now going to have a nice cup of tea and chill for a little bit,felt really quite shakened:-1

Make sure you get yourself checked out, just in case.

hi everyone

I went to the docs and i have a cracked rib:-1 so i have got to rest but keep on taking deep breaths as it will stop me for getting a lung infection,
