Been out selling today...gawd the mornings are cold. I only had about 2 hours kip last night as I was looking for one of my mobile phones.......ark at me lol (long story) which after bleedin hours of looking for I just sat down and a little voice inside my head told me to go and look somewhere ......well it was there even though I don't remember putting it there.....but there again I go to the fridge these days and ain't got a clue what Im looking for half the time......yes Im losing it......gawd I wonder if I will ever be as bad as the Guv:yh_rotfl.I bought a job line of slippers that come from a well known store still priced up a fiver....really cute pink ones with little pigs on em (very you Kaz ) well Im knocking em out for £1.50 and sold out what I took in an hour.........got some more here to take out tomorrow but I really should have got some more. I will ring him up Monday and if he still has some in stock I will make a journey to London to get alot.People are buying em for Xmas pressies.Right....... now I have bored everyone about me bleedin slippers Im gonna go and bath one of my dogs....Lucylulu the tiny maltese.Shes really lost the plot that one bless her as shes getting on now but something happened to her earlier in the year and even the vet thought she was a goner but she thought otherwise and pulled through bless her so shes a little fighter how small she is.Right Im off...............if yer still awake after reading all this interesting stuff lol hope yer all having a good weekend keeping warm .....in England anyway lol.Love to Everyonexxxxx

well, got all me chores done, going to sort something for tea then have a shower and watch the rugby later. it got quite overcast here for a while, the suns out again but its getting cold now.

I want to tell you all about a lady who I met on the internet. Since the day that we "met" she has been a loyal friend.She has helped me through some pretty rough times and is always there for her friends no matter what problems she has. Its not enough that she has problems of her own and this week has been so hard on her with what has been going on..........now she has lost her dear sister in law.She always manages to bring a smile to people with her wit and her caring words no matter what terrible things may be happening to her or her family and I for one want to say.................GILL I love you woman and through these dark days you seem to be going through you know your friends and I will always be there for you.God Bless you my dear friendxxxxxxxxx

Hubby goes into hospital in the morning for his big op....we are feeling a bit tense and I am totally washed out....this painting has got to me....think I took on a bit much.....trying to fight the depression I feel creeping up but I will be fine.

i hope everything goes ok for your hubby tomorrow, fingers crossed for you both.

i know what you mean about the painting, i clean when i get stressed. normally i'll turn out cupboards or give the kitchen a spring clean. it does help to take your mind off things for a moment or two.

morning everyone,

well, i stayed at home this weekend to watch the rugby cos i know my eldest wouldnt have it on, shame we lost !!

the dog is no respector of sunday morning lay in's so its not quite 10am and i've got nothing else to do for the rest of the day now, cant even take him down to the beach cos high tide is just after dinner.

got a few bits of washing to do so that will take all of 15mins.

looks like im going to have to suffer and sit with my feet up, read my book and drink gallons of tea.

oh what a hard life.

Hello everybody, I'm so sorry that I haven't posted anything for a while. I looked at the thread yesterday evening and saw the lovely message that Carol put on. I was rather overwhelmed. What do you say about such a message? Carol, of all people on this thread, it is you who keeps cheerful and makes us all smile and there are a lot of people who just don't realise what is happening in your own life behind the scenes, but you still manage somehow to come on here and be 'Carol'. Please never change Mrs. Posh, you are an inspiration to us all. I thank you my dear friend for saying such lovely things, you are a very special person. How can anybody not love a person with such a big heart and caring nature? :-4

Yes I know I have some wonderful friends on here, and I do know that you are all there for me, which is so heartening. I also know that you are all there for each other, and that is the wonderful thing about this thread - we are all friends, to help where and how we can.

Kay, my thoughts are with your hubby and you for tomorrow, please give him my best wishes.

I expect my sister-in-law's funeral will be towards the end of the week, Chris may or may not return home before. Andy, my son, wants to be there, but as we have a large dog which we cannot leave on his own – I will not be going. Unfortunately, because of the recent trouble from these gangs of youths, Andy says he will not leave me on my own even with the dog here, so he will probably be staying home as well which is a shame because he was very fond of his Auntie Mary. Had that trouble not happened when it did, I am sure Andy would have gone down to London with his dad to go to the funeral. These idiots just have no idea what heartache they bring to people with their
