:p hiya hiya! Actually my friend told me about this place (but she ain't a member so you don't know her) so I decided to check it out. Real nice! Lots of conversational topics...I don't know where to start!

So uh, a little about myself now? Hmm... not much to say really :p, well, I like stuff like reading, surfing the web, and chatting with friends...and I love anime and manga too

Okay, manga is generally the origin of anime. In otherwords, anime is based on manga (which are kinda like comic books, but usually black/white) -- cool huh? They're in book form, and the Japanese ones are read right to left (but here in the States are translated to English, of course! The sentences read the usual left to right, but the panels themselves are read right to left). Reading that way sounds awkward, but you get used to it real fast -- at least I did :wah:. I find reading manga a lot of fun
