i have the kiss of death when it comes to those places, even if i stand beside someone and watch them play, they always lose !! so i stay well away, apart from that, i cant master sonic the hedgehog yet let alone half the games they have nowadays. LOL

You seem like a very reasonable person (like me lol) but sometimes it gets you no where, so when you go be bloody unreasonable, lay it on really thick, sometimes those who shout the loudest always get their way it seems;)

A flying visit guys. Im round Chris's sister and we are showing her how to work her laptop as she has just got it and just like I was she ain't got a bleedin clue what to do bless her lol. Well both babies have gone for a visit with their families so I am going to have a nice long shower and wash my hair.

My daughter rang this morning..she is austic and has 4 children and two are austistic and she has been looking after her partners mother who is part quadrapligic(think I spelt that wrong) about 4 months ago she had to make the hard decision to admit her to a nursing home as she also had dementia and was getting worse, anyhow last night they rang her and said they had moved her to pallative care as they didnt think she would last 24 hours. My poor daughter is distraught....she does understand Beryl will be better off, she has suffered so very much but Suzanne still hollds some guilt about putting her in the nursing home. She dosent deal with death very well and I am worried about how she is going to handle it as she has been depressed and is on depression tablets. She is in another state so its hard for me to go to her while I have the two babies.

Anyhow sorry for rambling on but felt I needed to get it off my chest.

Well i had a lovely visit today from Sharon, my friend i met on the net and we found we lived just up the road from each other:wah: we talk on msn but sometimes she pops down here for a cuppa or we meet up and go out ofr Lunch. Not seen her for a while so it was nice to catch up.

Got a message off Gill, she is having a bit of a tough time at the mo, but sends all her love to you all:-4

evenin all,

had a bit of a bad day today, me youngest had her bits tied on wednesday and woke up in a lot of pain this morning and a few other bits, too delicate to mention on here. she got rushed back into hospital and they've found a small lump on her womb which is being investigated. she had lukemia back in the 90's so anything like this is now very worrying. just spoke to her on the phne and shes quite cheerful and to be honest is rather glad she will have a nights sleep, which she hasnt had since the baby was born.

i know we dont speak much on here but i hope things work out for you and your daughter, i was early in the same position with my mum but sadly she passed away very suddenly and the decision was taken out of my hands and to be honest i was somewhat relieved as she was very independant ( in her head anyway !! ) and would have hated it.

Yes Joan I do and sometimes I know its hard to come on a thread and try to be happy so I think the best way round that is to share with yer friends that you have problems as I have done in the past. You don't have to say what they are on here as everybody needs some privacy in their life but at the same time most of us here are in contact with each other and share our problems anyway with each other away from the thread. Its good though to beable to see if one of us needs some help incase we don't see them on MSN or we are to busy to go on there...........then at least we can make that urgent text....call..........message, whatever it takes to tell that person that their not alone and indeed they are in your thoughts and offer them a shoulder to "cry on" if thats what is needed.Gill and I are good mates and if I did have a go at her;)its like that old saying....you have to be cruel to be kind at times........anyway it bloody worked and the old battleaxe is back with us:wah: fank gawd lol.
