Afternoon everyone,Kay my neice just found out she is having a boy,so at least we know wot colour to buy lol.Good luck with the 2 babys.Hope all you girls are doing ok.We went away to the bush with a few of our friends out in the middle of nowhere,bit scary really.WE had a great time sitting round the camp fire singing.torned out good tho.A great weekend was had by all.

hi guys,

well, i've spent the last 18mths picking up big bags of potatos every day and today i put my back out............................ by putting two empty coke cans in the recycle bin !!!!!!!!!!!!:D

its not too bad at the moment, just enough to make me say OUCH if i move too quickly.

hope you have all had a good day, we've been busy, didnt realize its bank holiday next weekend, ye gods, wheres the summer gone ?? we'll soon be sending xmas cards :wah:

hi ali,

dont really like the idea of knowing before hand if its a boy or a girl but in my daughters case, she wasnt expecting to be expecting again so had to start from scratch and it did stop us wasting money on unsuitable stuff for the baby.

Don't have too much time to read all the posts - I'll have to catch up when I get home. That's going to keep me out of trouble for quite a while !!!! Well there seems to be a VVVPV disease going the rounds at the moment. This probably means the gang will be going their own ways :-1

Well seems you're all experiencing monsoon type weather at the moment. Well so are we ! I woke up the other morning and thought I was in the Lake District, not Norfolk. It's been torrential rain for two or three days here and blowing an absolute hooligan - deep joy ! Of course we're on holiday - ha ha ha ha ha

I've got a few pictures to show that we did have a bit of sun the other day !!

I'll try to catch you again tomorrow - I miss you all so much :-1

i have already posted this in members news,my MLI is very ill and she got taken in to hospital and this morning she was moved to ICU with kidney failer,i have post what happen to.

I feel so very sad and if you go and see why i am so cross and so very sad

Neffy how very sad for your mother in law, fingers crossed she pulls through this. Can understand how you must feel about your father in law but some men just dont realise how sick you can get with the runs (dont know how to spell the other word). How is he feeling about it now?

Anyhow Neffy love to you and I will be thinking of your poor mother in law I pray that she is better soon

evenin everyone,

got called into work tonight cos the other girl didnt turn up, didnt even bother to let us know either !!

my back has got a lot better now, managed to rest for a while this afternoon.

they have found the remains of one of the two missing people in the hotel fire. apparantly, they are two ladies, one in her 70's and one in her 80's. how very sad to reach that age and come to an end like that. i cant imagine how terrified they must have been, dosnt bear thinking about.

the police are treating it as a major crime scene.

didnt get your text about being on here til 11-50am, forgot to get credit for me phone yesterday so couldnt text you back.

you all need to come down here !! our weather is getting better by the minit

after bringing in 18 bags of spuds, i went round to the recycle bins, bent down to pick up an empty can and me back went !! wasnt as bad as it could have been, a few pain killers and a bit of rub in cream did the trick but i got tomorrows spuds brought in for me !!:rolleyes:

anyway, nearly midnight again so im off to bed. xxxx

Well i have been up and sorted out the caravan, im going there this bank holiday weekend with my daughter and her boyfriend, then hubs is coming up Sunday evening to spend the bank holiday Monday there. I did take a couple of pics, but the daft shop i stopped at to get batteries for the camera only had cheap ones so it wouldnt let me use the flash for indoor ones, and started running out practically straight away. anyway i will post a couple and try get some better ones later. Oh and Gill,, dont worry the cravan season ends in October:wah: Hope you still enjoying yer hols matie xx

As you may recall my dad had a small stroke a couple of weeks ago. Well he hasnt been feeling that well since then really, and is still waiting for the appointment they supposed to be giving him for the TIA clinic to have tests and try find out what is causing it. Anyway he has been having the numb feeling in his arm again so my mam has taken him back to the hospital today, im waiting for her to get in touch to find out whats going on.

I nearly forgot!!! My Niece had her second baby at 12,29am on Monday 20th August! which was also her 21st birthday, so she wont forget that birthday in a hurry:wah: Its a Boy, he was 6lb 40z and she has named him Ellis. Her other son Ethan isnt even a year old till September! Well they should grow up pretty close then:D I havent seen him yet but will pop over tomorrow sometime.

I have put up a thread about this as i wanted to hear any advice, im trying to convinvce myself there is a perfectly reasonable explanation:wah: Anyway im copying it in to here in case any of you lot might be able to help.

Ok,, My deceased Grandfather was polish. He was my step granda really but the only one i ever knew. He was a wealthy land owner and timber merchant in Poland until the war when his brother in law betrayed him and he ended up in the POW camps, one being Auswitch. he escaped, just as the Americans came in i think and was saved. He ended up here in Sunderland which is where he met and married my nana taking on all 6 of her children and later adopting one more. Anyway back to the point,, my mother recently gave some information to my daughter and asked her to look on the internet to see if she could find any information on him. ( MY neice had apparently found some but couldnt remember where). Now since my daughter has searched a few sites ( without much success) she has received 3 different phone calls on her mobile asking to speak to my grandad by name. His name is quite unusual being polish. My daughter did not leave details on any of the sites and did not register with any of the sites. So how can this happen??? How would they know her mobile number, one woman asked how long she had it and had she not bought it from someone. She has had this number for the past 3 years. I just cant think of a way people can get your mobile number just through searching different sites on the internet

Any thoughts

morning everyone,

beautiful day again, the traffic is certainly building up already.

had a bit of a bad night, just couldnt settle so was up with a cuppa and me book til 4am and despite letting him out at that time, the flippin dog still wanted to be out and about at 8-30 this morning so im a bit of a bad tempered bunny now.

never mind, i'll soon have more time on me hands than i'll know what to do with.

was watching flog it yesterday, one woman had a little book about a dog, she bought for 50p and it sold for £84, a man bought a vase from a booty for £1-50 and it sold for £190, so it prooves that theres still some bargains to be had out there, despite all these tv programmes that are on !!

Yes Helen it's just another week to go. The weather had better improve. Got to get through bank hol. with extra people here, shouldn't be too difficult though. The other day a horse was spooked on the beach and bolted. Rider managed to catch it on one of the sand bars (the tide had been out at the time) , unfortunately the tide had come in and trapped them on the sand bar! They were rescued in the early hours by the RNLI, after a message had got through to them, the RNLI that is.

Sorry I haven't much time, so haven't read many of the posts. These blinkin timers are awful on the PCs, but I can understand why they have to have them. Quite a lot of the kids come in and play games - that doesn't seem very fair to me.

The library is very busy today, hence I can only get on a 30 min PC instead of a i hour PC, but at least it's free ! And I have sneaked another 30 mins (you have to wait 5 mins before u can log on again) - I had to fiddle with stuff in my bum bag, and check my mobile phone was off - that took at least five mins :wah:

i have got my 1st scan date through for the 18th 0ctober this is the dates scan.

we still do the potatos like that, thank heavens

we've got a good lot of potatos in, despite the weather, and they dont take too much sorting through. i did 18 bags in just under 3hrs yesterday and i've got a day off from doing it today !! so no doubt i'll be on cleaning duty today.

it should slow down a bit after today then next weekend should be the last busy weekend til easter is upon us again !! cant say im sorry, think im gettin a bit old for all this now, its flippin hard work, all crammed in to a few weeks.

oh dear, we've got problems!! turned the fryers on and nothing happened. theres a guy coming out to fix it (providing he's got the part we might need in his van !! ) he cant get here til 6pm so we will have lost lunch time and most of the tea time rush and on the last busy day of our season too. cant go out in case he turns up early so we're just stuck here now.

I worked all weekend and other than today it was really good. I did nuf have a row with the geezer running the booty today, conning git.......he charged me more than anyone else.............oh boy did I give him a mouthful. I was bloody fuming I can tell you.

Im off to vvvvvvvvvvvvvvpv later an will be back Friday night so hope to try to get back to normal abit then. OH B Y THE WAY GUESS WHO IS 4th ON THE BOARD AT BUBBLES..........just got there, Abbey is first grrrrrrrrrr clever so an so..........ABBEY HOW THE BLEEDIN ELL YOU DO IT GIRL!!!!!! lol.

Had to come an tell you something!I saw awhile back something in a front garden that I just fell in love with.Its quite a big piece and no garden centre I went to had one like it. Well today Chris went to a huge Bank Holiday market that I used to do and guess what................he found one!!!!Heres a picture........cute or what.
