Hello everyone

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and concern over my MIL ,she is still very ill on a ventilater and still on the kidney machine:-1

I got hubby to see her for the first time on sat,bear in mind she has been here there since monday!! he is not taking this very well at all,i at the moment having a bit of a tough time.They have found what is wrong...........it called PSEUDOMERNBRIANOUS COLITIS now i think i have spelt the right i really cant read the nurses writng:-3 the doctors say that she will be in the ICU for another 3 -4 weeks then we will just have to wait and see,FIL is so lost without his wife,i will be going up there to cook and just keep the place tidy etc.

Here's a short description of it for you neffy. It's a sort of poisoning that comes from a particular infection. The infection's the sort that can creep in after someone's been taking antibiotics for a while. If it's caught her while she was already weak from something else then it's weakened her further, I hope they clear it up quickly and she gets her strength back.
