I heard on the radio this morning about a woman who is being charged with negligant homicide for the death of her husband.

The guy had a serious drinking problem, so when she decided to remove all the booze from the home, he got into her cooking cherie and gave himself an enema. He died of alcohol poisoning.

That is just crazy.

When we have retards flying over the White House because he didn't know it was a "No Fly Zone"(and the guy is a flight instructor), the best the Government can do is revoke his pilot's liscense for two years.

But this lady's husband has a serious problem, drinks(i guess) himself to death and she is being brought up on charges! I think we have our priorities mixed up.

I bet the mans family (excluding wife) pressed charges and it is dumb indeed, maybe they are suing her. Yep pretty warped priorities when it comes to the penal system.

It’s a good thing that suing doesn’t mean winning. The crazy part of this is that someone actually thinks there is a possibility of winning. The real culprit here is probably the company that sold the cooking cherie. I’ll bet those rascals didn’t have a waning label on the bottle so he would know alcohol poisoning was a possibility.

Hmmm going to cupboard to check if there is even any indication of the % of alcohol in the cooking cherie. I bet ya not... bet I don't own any either.

ROFL! Okay, (Jives is holding his sides) I'm guessing you meant "Edema" as in "pulmunary edema".

Or did he really shove a bottle of booze up his butt and pour it in?

I absolutely refuse to drink cooking cherie before I’ve read the label.

That’s right, rules are rules. Never sleep on your back after drinking that stuff either.

NO!! E N E M A!!! he shoved the bottle up his butt and gave himself a Cherie Enema.

It absorbs into the blood stream more quickly that way. He died of alcohol poisoning. And she isn't getting sued, the county arrested her for neglegent homicide.

Actually, an enema can be the method of choice for a lot of druggies, too,

and of course there are all the rumors that that is what happened to

Marilyn...

Of course, there are plenty who discount all the theories. I generally

take everything about it with a grain of salt, 'cause one book will have
