If doing them in the house I parboil them for for bout 5 minutes, then cook in oven on bout 325 for 3 to 4 hours.

If grilling, I wrap in foil and cook on grill for 3 hours, then remove from foil and grill for another hour to hour and half.

I season mine with onion powder, salt, cayenne pepper, celery flakes, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Then I have a special sauce I mop them with.

I never cook my ribs... I typically marinate them overnight, then season them with a dry rub, and bake them in an oven or grill them.

i just ate some ribs in a chinese sauce, not sure which sauce, but it was damn tasty!
