The Edmund Fitzgerald

The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald is one of my favorite songs although I wish there had been no reason to ever write such a song. It went down in 1975.

When they brought up the ship's bell, one of the divers on request of the family, put a can of beer down in the window for one of the guys. That touches me.

Does this not move you?
