Elated but Down , According to Pats doctor the Leukaemia has gone but she will have to go into hospital next week for 6 days of secondary Chemo , she had a bad turn last night and had to go into hospital for the day to settle her system , back there tomorrow to have a picc line inserted for the Chemo

I am just glad there was no one around during the night seeing me get her to the toilet , it would have got on you tube ? and I am bloody knackered , had to get my daughter ( bless her ) up to help me out , it's a sh1te getting old :-5

I'm feeling overwhelmed right now. Not only do I have my regular work to do, but the phone won't stop ringing & students are coming in left & right to pay their tuition bills! The bright side is it sure makes the day fly by!

Im doing about the same btw.The pains are still there,but nothing life threatening im sure.I have asthma and a few other issues, and the hunidity kicks my butt.Thanks for asking

It's gone??!! Oh this is amazing news Uncle Fester!! This is wonderful news!!

That picc line is a godsend. My mom had one of those. It will save Pat a lot of discomfort from being repeatedly poked. She won't have to do that now.

Man, I don't know how I did not see this news sooner. I rarely come into this thread. I'll tell you, Uncle Fester this deserved to be on the homepage!!
