Hi Neff, no, I haven't started yet.
First, I have to get hold of our sponsor and ask for money to get the dogs to the vet and I'm thinking that'll fall through so I'm also going to call the lawyer who's handling my late friend's estate and tell him I want some of the money due us to be released because we need it.
I also have to call the Arizona Corporation Commission and get right with them because there's a bit of a problem there.
Then if all that goes well, I have to find out if my friend's going to take my dogs like she said she would or if she's reneging on me. She's having problems. That's the part that I'm most worried about. This has gone on for too long. If she says no, my dogs won't have a snowball's chance in hell of staying alive. They must be out of here by or before August 17 when I go back to court.
BUT...like I said yesterday, I have to keep belief in myself or I'll blow the whole thing. I have to feel I'm capable of pulling this off.
I suck at being organizational and I'm going to call my other friends and ask for help with that. I really don't know how to properly organize these things.
I can't do anything till 9 though...nothing's open yet, it's only 7:30 now.
Thanks for thinking of me, Neff.
All of you guys, thanks.

Hi FuzzyNavel,
It's been an ongoing saga around here...
I work in animal rescue and I am fostering 8 large dogs. My neighbors complained about barking and animal control cited me for barking dogs and running a kennel without a license. I accepted the offer they gave me which was to pay $300 for not having a kennel license and in turn they'd drop the barking dog counts. I get unsupervised "probation" for a year and I can't have any more than 4 dogs. I report back to court the 17th and I am supposed to have the dogs out of here at that time or else animal control will take them from me and kill them. It's a rotten situation.
So today I'm going to be all over this mess like white on rice, trying to tie up loose ends.
Thank you for the good wishes, FuzzyNavel.
