Harry Potter People

So I'm out for the evening with a friend and we stopped at Hastings, our local book/music/video store. It was Harry Potter Night. They were celebrating the new book. There were people of all ages swarming about in various stages of Harry Potter dress. It was cool and then it got even cooler when I saw several women my age in witch regalia. I suppose some people would brush it off as silly but I like it when people are out to have a good time without worrying about what other people might think.

My friend and I were talking about how we like all this Harry Potter stuff because it encourages kids to use their imagination and to believe in something they can't see. It's kind of like Dungeons and Dragons was for us.
