I live in a Del Webb Community - theres several all over AZ..

My Mom used to live in one of these places. She is a master gardener....the flower kind. She took up most of the grass and planted a beautiful flower garden. People would take walks just to see it. Then, one day she gets called to the HOA........her garden didn't meet the specs................not enough grass and too many flowers, hence the "used" to live part of the story. Many people came to her support but to no avail. The HOA way or the highway. She chose the highway.
