I'm going to lose some weight

I feel its the right time to start loseing a few pounds cause i don't like my current figure and today i walked just about 10 miles just to get started :-6

i used to walk 5 miles a night by the end of the week i got lost i was 35 miles from home :D :D

well MJ how about we start a weight loss thread and we can support each other,i am going back to weight watchers next week so how about it? let me know:)

Great idea, I am going home to Canada for a visit in October and want to shed about 10lbs and tone up a bit, (first I have to get off this couch).

i'm trying to lose weight too ,i have been to the gym been swimming working out with weights so far i lost two hours on two nights :rolleyes:





i bet you think i'm joking but my moobs know they are history and they are worried :sneaky: :D
