Well, there doesn't seem to be a good spot in the gartden for this, so I suppose it'll have to go in here.

Interest rates has riz again. Where will they peak this time around? 7.5%? 9%?

Having a large fraction of your money on deposit is unwise. What's the best return you can get, I wonder? How, historically, does that compare to returns on investments? Banks, etc., will not pay what they could, and charge a little more than is necessary, when it comes to their rates!

Hopefully this will force the buy to let landlords to sell up as their profit margins are negated!

Maybe my dream house will come back on the market! :guitarist
