How do you like your Eggs?

I like mine scrambled well done with Tabasco sauce on them or else a nice fat cheese or Spanish omelet.

I like them on a bagel or english muffin with cheese and ham...

OR love ham & cheese and egg omlets....

I'm not big on eggs alone...but every once in a while a scrambled egg is okay.

Here in Pennsylvania, we call my favorite kind "dippy eggs". They're eggs over easy. But the PA Dutch say dippy eggs. They're YUMMY!!

It's hard to explain, but it's a sauce made with the drippings from your meat, flour and milk.

My Mom used to make me sit at the table as a kid until I'd eaten my egg which I hated. She would say " Come on, eat it all up, it will help you grow big and strong :rolleyes:
