Display modes/threading.

When displaying threads in linear mode, it doesn't seem east to retain a coherent

view of what's happening. In threaded mode, we see:

user threadtitle date time

user threadtitle date time

user threadtitle date time

More replies below current depth...

Is it possible to show the whole thread layout, without the "More replies below

current depth" bit?
