Tinned fish in brine or oil?

It seems to me that tuna, at least, is not so tasty when supplied in brine.

Oh i agree,a bit of oil makes tuna just that little bit more tasty. I find tuna in brine quite dry

Brine is surely better for you than sunflower oil...

Drinking two litres of sea water is likely to kill you (if untreated) - however, that's a *huge* tin of tuna!

ah true i guess, the most healthy thing would be tuna in mineral water :D not sure that would be all that tasty though

Is Brine seasoned??

We just calle it Tuna packed in water here... I like that very much not oil bleck

ya know north america well? It's that huge land mass over there, yeah to your right ok ummm on the west side of it not quite the coast yeah there... we be called "land locked" takes me 13 hours to get to some good fishing ahahahaha :P

Yes we have 2 rivers near by I love the sludgy sewage smell so much I would enjoy the fish from them.... heheheheh people do eat the fish from the city rivers mind you.

We can fish elsewhere usually stream fishing for trout, it is good, but we have to drive to the country. I just don't fish is all far to lazy ahahaha
