I like my name. It's Rosanna but I rarely get called that. I usually get Rosie. Roro or Ro:wah:

I think Lucy is great too - thats why I named my daughter Lucy.

My first name is Carolyn --a family name---I have always gone by my middle name --- Vanessa. All my brothers were given family names too and they all go by their middle names....must be a family tradition.

I'm very happy with my given name.

It's just Terri. Not Teresa, although many people call me that anyway.

Growing up I wasn't always happy with Terri but now I like it very well and I feel it suits me. I figure Terri suits the defiant, bolder side of my personality while my middle name Louise addresses the softer, more feminine traits I have.

Plus, Louise is my grandmother's middle name so I feel special having it.

I like my name.

Most people just call me D so sometimes it sounds weird when I hear "Diana". It's a rather hefty thing to live up to being named after a goddess though.

Now that the princess is gone I don't get called Lady Di or Princess Di anymore either. I was much happier when it was Diana Prince... ask WonderWendy who that is if you don't know. :p

Most people call me Mel, my friends and family call me Mellie or Mellie-Wellie :rolleyes:

I wasn't too keen as a child as they seemed to be everywhere but not it seems a lot less common so yes, I like my name. I just hate it when it's spelt wrong by people who have known me for years!

I quite like my name, Anne-marie, but these days most people call me Anne and I always introduce myself as anne now, its just easier! My mum hates me shortening it though and insists on calling me Anne-marie:wah:

nope never have been, hate the fact nobody can spell it and realllyyyyy hate the fact they confuse it with Melody (bleck) It is Melanie... how hard is that.

I would rather have had something simple and common but not sure what name I would have choosen ahahahahaha So for the most part I go by Mel... you can't screw that up.:wah:
