Wanted to let everyone know about streaming video...

I found it awesome because here in America we don't see very much soccer let alone the EPL...

I was actually able to see Fulhams game against Liverpool...You know, the one with the shot heard round the world?

Anyway,..there are various programs you can download...

It all looked very complicated when i went into it, download this then that, have to have this, i got a bit confused. How much does all this cost and how can an idiot like me download it. Is there a simple method? :)

It's free...

I myself just downloaded the software, but considering most of the progams being aired in a language foreign to my own I usually use the http://www.myp2p.eu/ link as far as knowing which channel is airing what...

Because I mainly use it for watching sports I use that site...But after looking at some of the features on the various amounts of software I had noticed that there are alot of different regularly programmed tv stations being streamed so I thought I would post it as a topic...

All I have done was downloaded the software, but as is with anything I would do a little research so that you may skip the inconvenience of viruses...

I haven't had any problems with them...

I've found SopCast to be more useful in watching soccer...

I would suggest downloading TVU first to serve as a learning experience...I've found their setup to be more user friendly, although they don't have very many sports channels...

I don't really know...

I've always thought that that may be because of the reception...

You could try going to http://www.connectedinternet.co.uk/2005 ... dows-xp/2/

and following option 6...

6. Optimise your internet connection

There are lots of ways to do this but by far the easiest is to run TCP/IP Optimizer.

* Download and install

* Click the General Settings tab and select your Connection Speed (Kbps)

* Click Network Adapter and choose the interface you use to connect to the Internet

* Check Optimal Settings then Apply

* Reboot

I don't know if that would help or not...
