These people are wonderful and know where to go--do it quickly and so forth..They have so much more experience and have more training because all they do is surgical....

You may have to wait--but a hard stick - can hurt an adult, let alone a child- who will never forget...

I am sorry your sweet kids had to have a nasty nurse...I had one once..and I use to post about her here....Then one day she was diagnosed with cancer..and she became human....and then I showed her the page on her!! LOL....Anyway-- sorry to hi-jack....You have every right to vent..They are your kids!!!:-4
Thanks for the advice, I will definately do this next time Lucy has to have a blood test. Unfortunatley it is too late for Josh - his fear is so bad that he has to be completely knocked out which is very traumatic.
Lucy however is alot tougher cookie, so hopefully she will not have any long term effects. Its almost like they just don't care if they hurt - I have seen excellent people who are very careful and caring - others just don't give @#&*!!
